Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned to Southern Polished Boutique within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Southern Polished Boutique will only authorize a refund or exchange for our classic sandals sold online or in-store. Exchanges and refunds will not be authorized for custom made sandals. All merchandise sold online or in-store must be returned in its original condition along with the flannel bag. Your order number and details must be included with the returned merchandise. Returns will be processed and refunded minus a flat $8 shipping fee. Return shipping expenses paid by the customer outside of our return label, will not be refunded.
Leather soles are marked easily! When trying on your sandals for the first time, it should be done on a carpet or other soft surface, so that the sole leather will remain unmarked. **Grit on floors (Hardwood, Tile, Linoleum, etc) can potentially scratch the leather soles.
Southern Polished Boutique will inspect the condition of returned products. Returns will not be accepted if the products have been used or are visibly damaged. Southern Polished Boutique will issue reimbursement for the full amount paid (minus the $8 shipping fee) if the returned product meets the above terms.
If the returned product does not meet our terms, the product will be sent back to the customer at our expense. The customer will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement.

Exchange Policy
We offer one free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
